Bas-relieves on felt
Along with soft painting, a due mention should be given to decorative bas-relieves on felt, which are formed by poking white or colour wool by hand with special needles. Things that were made from stucco in earlier times, or carved in marble even more earlier, are now felted, created from wool or “sculptured” and warmed up in some other individual ways. The most prominent felt bas-relief is Velti Sodai (The Felted Gardens) (co-authors: Eglė-Ganda Bogdanienė, Miglė Lebednykaitė, Laura Pavilonytė, 2003-2006).
